About Us

Meet Sarah Randall, Founder

ESDM Superheroes was founded by Sarah Randall in 2024, following over a decade of experience supporting young children with autism and developmental delays.

Sarah was introduced to the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) in 2020, a play-based, evidence-informed approach that continues to shape her work today. Her passion lies in helping children build communication, connection, and independence through meaningful, relationship-based interactions.

At the heart of Sarah’s approach is the belief that parents are their child’s most powerful teachers. Through parent coaching and early intervention, she supports families to feel confident, capable, and hopeful as they navigate their child’s developmental journey.

ESDM Superheroes was created to provide accessible, compassionate, and practical support for families, empowering parents with strategies they can use in everyday moments where real learning happens.

Sarah is a qualified early intervention practitioner with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and a Certificate IV in Disability. She has completed training in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Parent-implemented ESDM, and delivers early intervention and parent coaching using ESDM-informed strategies within her scope as an early childhood practitioner.

Sarah’s mission is simple: to offer guidance, reassurance, and evidence-based support so children can thrive and families feel less alone.
