At ESDM Superheroes, we offer parent coaching and early intervention designed to build communication, connection, play, and independence through everyday moments. Our approach focuses on practical strategies that empower parents while supporting meaningful progress for children.
12-week parent coaching
This program supports parents to confidently use ESDM strategies during daily routines, play, and real-life moments at home. You will learn practical skills that help your child communicate, connect, and learn, while feeling supported and less overwhelmed.
One-on-one early intervention using ESDM
These play-based sessions use evidence-based ESDM strategies to support young children with developmental delays or autism. Sessions focus on building communication, play, connection, and independence through engaging, relationship-based interactions, while also modelling strategies parents can use at home.
Choosing the right path
A helpful question is: Do I want strategies that support my child only during sessions, or tools that help me support my child every day? Many families begin with parent coaching and then start one-on-one sessions for additional modelling and support.
